Cosmetic Dentistry
Smile design is a step-by-step technique for creating a unique blueprint for a patient’s smile. Through this process, patients can express their desires and the dentist can create a smile design based on that. Our office offers you a chance to see how your smile will look after your cosmetic dental treatment.
Porcelain veneers are the most esthetic way to enhance your smile. These are porcelain facings placed on the front surface of the tooth. Veneers can change the color, shape and size of your teeth, allowing you to have a dramatic smile makeover.
The Zoom! Whitening system is a scientifically advanced tooth whitening procedure. It's safe, effective and fast, very fast. In less than an hour your teeth will become dramatically whiter.
The procedure is simple. It begins with a short preparation to cover your lips and guns, leaving only your teeth exposed. The Zoom! clinician then applies the proprietary Zoom! Whitening Gel, which was designed to be used with a specially designed light. The Zoom! Light and gel work together to gently penetrate your teeth, breaking up stains and discoloration. With proper care your smile will sparkle for years.

Invisalign
Very few people have naturally straight teeth. And for years, braces were the only option. Until now. Introducing Invisalign. A revolutionary way to straighten teeth—without braces.
Invisalign uses a series of nearly undetectable aligners instead of brackets and wires. So it’s really hard for people to tell you’re wearing Invisalign even up close. Invisalign can give you the smile you’ve always wanted without the braces you’ve always avoided.
Because there are no metal wires and brackets, Invisalign is comfortable. And because it's removable, eating, brushing, and flossing are no problem. You can still enjoy your favorite foods and smile without holding back. With Invisalign, there's nothing to hide.
Upon an initial examination, your dentist decides if Invisalign is right for you. Your doctor will write a treatment plan and take an impression of your teeth, which are submitted to Invisalign. Using the latest advances in 3-D computer technology, Invisalign carefully translates your doctor's instructions into a series of precisely customized aligners. You then wear each set of aligners for about two weeks, moving your teeth gradually - week by week, millimeter by millimeter - until you've achieved the intended result: straighter teeth. Generally, you visit your dentist no more often than you would with braces and the length of treatment is about the same.
Jaws and Headache Pain Prevention
Nociceptive Trigeminal Inhibition Tension Suppression System (NTI-tss) is the FDA-approved device that can help stop headaches, sore jaw, stiff neck, and sensitive teeth. The tiny, clear-plastic device fits over your top two front teeth. You only wear the NTI-tss device while you sleep at night. It makes clenching virtually impossible. In a few days or weeks, your clenching reflex is suppressed. Morning headache pain, neck pain, sore jaw, and other related pain associated with involuntary intense clenching usually begins to resolve and disappear.
By reducing the intensity of involuntary clenching at night while you're asleep (and even during the day if stress triggers unconscious involuntary clenching at work and home), the NTI-tss device minimizes clenching intensity and, in time, minimizes intense clenching as the source of your pain.
Prevent Snoring
Your dentist can work with your physician to provide diagnosis, treatment and ongoing care so you can get the sleep you need for overall good health. If it is determined that an oral appliance might help, your dentist can fit you with a mouthguard-type plastic device that is comfortable, improves breathing, and reduces snoring during sleep. Oral appliances can be used alone or with other therapies including diet and exercise, continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP), psychotherapy, and surgery.
Implants
A dental implant feels and looks like your own lost tooth. Here's how it works. Your dentist inserts a metal post beneath your gum. It fuses to the bone in your jaw and acts like the root of a tooth. Then your dentist mounts a replacement tooth on the implant, where it's most like to blend in with the way your teeth look and feel.
Most patients find that implant is secure and stable—a good replacement for their own tooth. Implants, however, are no an option for everyone. If you are considering dental implants, a full evaluation by your dentist will help determine if your would be a good candidate.
Dental implants can provide replacement teeth that look natural and feel secure, and also can be used to attach complete or partial dentures. It also is possible for dentures to be stabilized and “removable teeth” to be made non-removable with implant prostheses.
Advantages of implants:
- Look and feel like normal teeth
- Adjacent teeth do not have to be involved in the placement procedure
- Minimize future jawbone shrinkage
Disadvantage:
- Cost time maybe higher than alternative procedures
